For caregivers

You can pay via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or through other secure electronic payment link methods provided on our platform.
That’s okay! If you find that the collaboration isn't working or the caregiver isn't ideal for your child, we can suggest another caregiver who better fits your needs. Our goal is to always find the right match for your family so you can feel confident and at ease.
And for caregivers:
If you feel a family is not the right fit for you, you can let us know, and we will help you find a family that better aligns with your profile and preferences.
You can contact the caregiver via email or phone to discuss details regarding your child's activities or commutes. Additionally, you can arrange an introductory meeting or a trial appointment before deciding if you are a good match.
Caregivers can also communicate with you:
The caregiver may suggest introductory meetings, coordinate trials, or discuss ideas for play and activities, ensuring the collaboration starts with safety and confidence.
Each caregiver determines the hours and days they are available. This makes it easy for you to find someone who fits your family's schedule.
Our caregivers are carefully selected and trained, and your child's safety is always our priority in every activity and commute.
If you need to adjust hours or activities, you can inform the caregiver and make changes easily. Flexibility and smooth communication are key elements for a comfortable and secure partnership.
Through my continuous education, I have had the opportunity to learn about the philosophy of early childhood education in Finland and connect with educators from different countries and cultural backgrounds. The exchange of experiences and practices, as well as participation in experiential and interactive workshops, has strengthened my perception of the educator's role and the importance of a child-centered approach.
This experience helped me see the adult's role alongside the child as supportive and guiding, emphasizing observation, respect for each child's individual pace, and play as the primary medium for learning and development. At the same time, it has given me greater confidence and clarity in how I design and organize the educational environment.
This page was created to bring families and babysitters in Athens and Thessaloniki closer together in a safe, reliable, and human-centered way. It is based on my personal experience in early childhood education and my belief that the right match between family and caregiver is crucial for the child’s well-being and smooth development.
Currently, the platform focuses on connecting families and babysitters in Athens and Thessaloniki.
We are inspired by the Finnish educational system, which focuses on respecting the child's individual pace, autonomy, and play as the primary means of learning. We believe that the adult should be a supportive guide alongside the child.
